Veeda Feminine Care Review

Hi friends! Or more specifically, lady friends!  Today I am bringing to you another vegan and cruelty-free feminine care brand! I’m always amazed at how little women know about what they are putting in and around that very sensitive area, especially during that time of the month. Did you know that conventional tampons and pads are full of harmful chemicals and pesticides?! Luckily, there are brands out there like Veeda who aim to educate women on the matter. I was fortunate enough to try out a sample of Veeda’s tampons and pads recently and absolutely loved the experience, which is weird to say about your period, right? Keep reading to find out why..

First off, I’m someone that has super sensitive skin. I mean, I’m pretty much allergic to everything. When I heard that Veeda’s tampons and pads were hypoallergenic and made with 100% natural cotton, I couldn’t wait to give them a try! Conventional brands use chemicals and dyes so they really aren’t made from just cotton, which is typically bleached by the way so not natural at all, so it’s no wonder I used to get rashes like crazy when using their products. After wearing one of the Veeda pads one night, I had no rashes at all! It was amazing. Plus, no leaks. I don’t have too heavy of a flow but the second day of my period is pretty strong and I almost always have some sort of accident. These fit me comfortably and kept me dry all night!

The Veeda tampons were a perfect match too. I used to get itchy after using conventional brand tampons but these were so comfortable. I actually had to set a reminder to change my tampon because I couldn’t notice it was there! Plus, I felt safer using these tampons because I had a lower risk of getting TSS given that they are 100% natural. Veeda also caters to every woman and offers several different flow options so you can find your best fit. I especially love that they provide the option of tampons with or without an applicator so those that are eco-conscious can rest easy.

Not only does this brand care about making top-notch products, but they also care about important factors such as the environment, cost, and giving back.  Possibly my favorite part about Veeda is that they are always giving back. It is always SO amazing to me to find cruelty-free brands like Veeda that go above and beyond to make the world a better place!
